Foreign Exchange West Chester

Brought the wife’s 98 Toyota 4Runner SR5 up from North Carolina. That’s right at 500 miles we drove to come to Foreign Exchange. My brother has used these guys for years, and if he trust them I trust them. These guys were more professional than the local dealership we last used. We had a bunch of stuff done to the 4Runner, timing chain, water pump, injectors, radiator, steering rack, rear shocks, all the fluids. Ian was there the entire time reaching out to me with any information I needed. Love how they will text or email pictures along with explanation of work needed. I’m already making my list up for next year. Would not hesitate to use these business. That’s while I’ll drive back, another 500 miles to get them to work on it again! Thank you Ian and the entire group at Foreign Exchange . Mike A. Gastonia NC

Foreign Exchange West Chester did an amazing job on my car alignment. And because it’s been modified and lowered with adjustable control arms, they were able to put the car perfectly in spec after replacing all four tires. Another shop tried and failed miserably. But Foreign Exchange did it with no issues whatsoever. I heard great things about them even before I tried their services. Now I can honestly say they are amazing, professional, and honest about their work. Thank you, Foreign Exchange! You exceeded my expectations.

Great shop. Professional environment. First time for me on this location after I took my ML 350 to the other Beavercreek shop, which is also great shop. They did an oil change, they inspect the car and provided me with a list of checks. Very well done summary and easy to track what job is done and what job it might the car needs. 5 stars. ⭐️

Wasn’t the first time we used Foreign Exchange. Made a trip to Boston and the check engine light came on while towing a trailer. It went off and we made it back but had another trip planned a week later. They worked it in to their schedule and checked out the issues. They advised on the important things that should be addressed ASAP and the ones that we could follow up on later. Made the trip with no issues. Their focus was on our safety and getting the car back in time for the next trip. They kept us informed on the process and answered all our questions. Great team and great experience.

I’m genuinely happy with my experience at Foreign Exchange. They were able to assist me in short notice to repair my car for a potential sale. They are great with communication. The price for a lot of the repairs were fairly reasonable. One repair that I was especially grateful for was a last minute battery replacement. They already had it in stock and they were kind enough to squeeze me in given the urgency.
